Holcoglossum amesianum or litofita is an epiphytic species, endemic in Kampuchea, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and China, which grows at 1200-2000 m altitude. Roots thick. Short stalk. Leaves 9-30 cm long, fleshy, narrow V-shaped in section, acute. Blossom raceme of 25-50 cm, with 15-30 flowers, SEPA and petals 2 cm, oblong, white.
