Scientific Name - Trollius europaeus L.

Popular names - bulbucei, mar auriu, gloanta, balbor, botton d’oro, globe flower.

Distribution and habitat - montane and subalpine meadows, easy nitrofila at 500-2100 m altitude.

Description - herbaceous perennial, fibrous roots. Stem erect, ribbed, simple. Basal leaves petiolate, petiole 10-15 cm, divided into 5-7 segments, Palm, or lobed edges hand; caulinare leaves similar but smaller and Sesi, three-lobed. Flowers solitary, terminal, long-stems, global perianth yellow, 5 green and terminarte external edges, domestic entirely yellow, obovate, arched. Blooms in June-August. Fruit follicles, 3 x 8 mm.

Requirements - well-drained soil, moist.
